ASTRON Monograde SAE 40 is recommended for use in both diesel and petrol engines with or without turbocharger, such as:

• Commercial diesel vehicle engines

• Stationary diesel engines

• Construction machines and agricultural units

In addition, the product can be used in hydraulic systems, hydraulic clutches, gearboxes, torque converters and retarders for which the manufacturer prescribes the use of a high-performance single-grade engine oil.
